Account Manager (full-time) for Global Brands

Location: Eindhoven

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide.

What you'll do 

As an account manager, you are the link between our clients and the organization. You build and maintain strong relationships with clients around the world, advise them on strategic branding solutions and proactively share innovations and products that fit their needs.

50% of your time will be for maintaining and nurturing an existing portfolio, while 50% will be for engaging with new clients. This is a full-time position for 40hrs/week. Due to your international client portfolio, jumping on a plane or train (periodically) to attend a meeting with your client shouldn’t be a problem for you.

  • Nurture and expand existing international client portfolio while bringing in new key accounts to reach commercial targets.
  • Work closely with design and project management teams to create product solutions clients get excited about.
  • Translate client's needs and brand challenges to new product pitches.
  • Travel around the globe to clients in the most sustainable way.
  • Gather new customer insights and feedback to add to the quality of our solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and partnerships.

Who you are

Besides enjoying meeting and interacting with people from around the world and working with brands in diverse sectors, you also have/are:

  • Substantial experience in relationship building, client acquisition and partnerships. Preferably proven commercial growth record in current and/or previous roles (2+ years)
  • Fluent in English (C2), German is a plus and other languages are a plus. In the office, we speak mainly Dutch and English. 
  • Ability to manage different clients needs, organizational goals and team input simultaneously.
  • Skilful project management and detail-orientated approach.
  • Experience and/or affinity with marketing, strategic brand building and trade marketing solutions is a big plus.
  • Your digital skills are up to date and you are a quick learner (we work with HubSpot)
  • Willingness and ability to travel when clients request it.
  • A relevant bachelor or post-graduate degree
  • Resident (living) in The Netherlands with an international mindset.
