Jr. Content Marketer

Location: Eindhoven

Your mission is to help us attract brands from around the world and convert them to sales-qualified leads through an international content strategy.  You build bridges between product solutions and brand needs.

Your challenge?

• Attract new clients (B2B) from diverse industries using a mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
• Write and create unique, irresistible content (text, images, video) using your favourite tools or learning new ones like Canva.
• Initiate and lead your marketing projects to help Dekkers grow in key markets (mainly in North America and Europe) 
• Accelerate client-based marketing and retention campaigns.

What you'll do 

You'll join a small but growing marketing team and have close contact with sales, design and project management teams to achieve your goals. We value independence, proactivity and new ideas but also find it essential to help each other as a team and facilitate growth.
Content marketing is at the heart of our acquisition strategy, fueling our SEO, blog posts, ads, website content, newsletters and event marketing plans. Your content can contribute to two priority business goals: new business growth and returning business.

Tasks and projects

• Generate ideas to increase lead generation & acquisition.
• Produce high-quality content by collaborating with sales, design and clients.
• Create new (automated) email templates to nurture leads.
• Manage website performance and development.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports on ad performance and lead generation.
• Support paid ad strategy on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Support SEO strategy with new ideas and content.
• Some of the tools you'll use and manage: Hubspot, GA4, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Ubersuggest, Buzzsprout, Canva, and Miro.

Who you are

Besides enjoying meeting and interacting with people from around the world and working with brands in diverse sectors, you also have/are:

• Previous relevant work experience (1 - 3 years)
• Eager to learn but also to implement your ideas.
• Enjoy researching and writing about different topics.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Additional language (German, Dutch, Spanish or French) is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about investing your time and energy in a full-time position (32 to 40hrs/week). 
• Your digital marketing skills are up to date, and you stay on top of trends.
